   NON-AIR SERVICES. CX IS ACTING AS AN
   AGENT ON BEHALF OF SUCH OPERATOR. ACCORDINGLY THE
   CARRIAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE NON-AIR
   PORTION ARE GOVERNED BY THE RELEVANT OPERATOR/S
   TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH CAN BE FOUND AT SUCH
   OPERATOR/S WEB SITES AND/OR BY CONTACTING THE
   RELEVANT OPERATOR.
 CAPACITY LIMITATIONS
   THE CARRIER SHALL LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PASSENGERS CARRIED

   THE NUMBER OF SEATS WHICH THE CARRIER SHALL MAKE
   AVAILABLE ON A GIVEN FLIGHT WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE
   CARRIERS BEST JUDGMENT
 OTHER CONDITIONS
   PASSENGER EXPENSES NOT PERMITTED
   ALL FARES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR WITHDRAWAL
